Latest Update-Visit to Zambia

Ladies showing their beautiful handiwork

March 2011 saw our intrepid volunteers visit the projects again.  Wendy, a seasoned visitor and Liz Baldwin were accompanied by Helen Boyd.  Helen has been a trustee and solid supporter of Families for Children Zambia since it's inception but has never before visited the country.  A full account of their visit can be found on our newsletter- also on the website.  However, Helen was bowled over, as is everyone who visits by the boundless enthusiasm, smiles and warmth of the people.  It was particlarly encouraging to see the money you donate and we distribute being put to such good use.  A few of the pictures are included, what is harder to relay is the singing, dancing and signs of hope which your money provide!
